Little cabin in the woods absolutely adorable!! Sitting on 1 acre of all useable land with mountain views and stunning sunsets. Including a horse setup with a horse coral, shelter and tack room. Cabin has been meticulously maintained as you will observe in the way the property is so beautifully kept making it so fun to be at. Inside the cabin is very neat and organized and perfectly functional. As you enter the cabin there is a nice layout where you will notice on one side is the kitchen the other a living room with a cozy wood stove for those chilly nights. Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a very large laundry room which could be made into a third bedroom. But for those warm summers days there is A/C to keep you extra cool and comfortable. When evening starts you can sit in the outside spa to relax and enjoy the scenery and the exceptional sunsets. Property has lots of gorgeous oak trees for beauty and cooling the summer days. This cabin and it's amazing property makes it a fun full time residence or even better a vacation cabin or Airbnb with fun activities like playing horseshoe, tetherball, swinging under the trees, spa time, BBQ in the fire pit for extra tasty dinners, spending good family time together or meditating under the magnificent oaks. If you want to invite more friends bring your trailer and connect to the RV hookup. Enjoy many hiking areas, Shaver Lake only 11 miles, Huntington Lake, Millerton Lake and even Yosemite is only a couple of hrs drive. Go escape!
