Young almonds and pistachios with excellent production. Situated between the San Joaquin River and the Eastside Bypass, the groundwater at this ranch changes very little from year to year, generally ranging between 70-100 feet. 320 acres of pistachios, 320 acres of almonds, and 160 acres of alfalfa. Also included is a 650 KW owned solar system that generally produces enough electricity to power all four groundwater wells and the shop.
